Electronic Card Control

Casino cards are stock items that need to be strictly regulated. The Electronic Card Control module provides the necessary tools to regulate the movement of cards within a casino by making sure that the following information is consistently and accurately recorded:

• Date and Time of movement
• Status of the movement
• All persons involved in the process with biometric signatures and photos
• Table results e.g. Winning or Losing, Drop amount etc

A digital dashboard and audit trail reports are available on demand. A variety of alerts can also be setup for the manager on the move that that needs to be notified of important events and information immediately.

Electronic Key Control

This module manages the vast amount of keys moving around a casino on a daily basis.

Electronic Currency Transaction Management

This module is used to submit the following forms directly to FinCEN:

• Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs)
• Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs)

The Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) announced on September 14 2011 a proposal that FinCEN reports required under the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) be filed electronically as from June 30, 2012.
